[parisc-linux] initial mem speed measuring

Did anyone notice the amazing speed at the mem speed
measure? it's about 1.8 GB/sec(?) on my 715/80.
Maybe 1.8GB/sec is wrong, but it' *really* fast.
I will post mey dmesg later on, I'm currently at work.
Perhaps the wrong method is choosen.
