[parisc-linux] Endless loop in gcc while compiling a 2.6.20 kernel

Please file as a GCC PR.  While this might be target specific, there
aren't many loops in the GCC parisc backend.  Also, it's important to
know if this occurs with a vanilla (unmodified) version of GCC.
