I test it against libc6 2.3.6-7 debian pkg src and it allow to get rid of this
test failure (and another one into 
/dpkg-work/glibc-2.3.6/build-tree/hppa-libc/math/test-double.out)

The next fp test failure are all include NaN value (I have all to learn about
this, but i presume that fixe one will fix all?)
