The following is a practical example using the old way of doing
things. It is recommend you use the newer and more efficient scheme.
The hidden partition method is documented for the sake of posterity.

Booting from the network is only required in certain cases. Booting
from the network is very usefull when you have unsupported I/O
devices, diskless systems, or systems with broken hardware. Network
booting is detailed below.
