The second part is supposed to be fixed in 2.3.5-12.1.  The third part
is bug 344836.  Actually, looking at the patch that Aurelien Jarno tested,
I see that Carlos submitted it on 2005-06-18.  So, it seems that it got
lost.  Don't know about the relocation support.
