[parisc-linux] ksoftirqd is using over 90% CPU (?!)

Sorry, and the last test i did was 22-pa2 but i didn't notice this pb. 
(for the moment I am far away from my parisc box :( ).
Anyway I think that those 2 info would help pa's hacker's to locate the 
actual pb ;)
