yeah, we haven't gotten ksymoops to work yet...

In general, a System.map file that corresponds to your kernel is also
needed.

from the reg dump:

it's a null ptr deref...
faulting insn is: ldw 0(sr0,r21),r5
and r21 is 0...

can you either supply a System.map, or look up the 
"iaoq" and "r02" addresses in the register dump and see which function
they are in?
