[parisc-linux] Kernel > -pa41 debian-configs file not adequate

Hi Thibaut,

Please use CONFIG_HIL=y, CONFIG_HIL_KBD_BASIC=y,
all other HIL configs =n.
I'll fix that later today in CVS.
