[parisc-linux] Power Button doesn't turn machine off anymore

I rebooted this morning after I recompiled a kernel. I added
CONFIG_IOMMU_CCIO=y
but I have yet to see if it turns itself off now when the button is
pressed. Note that it used to work WITHOUT

CONFIG_IOMMU_CCIO=y
