[parisc-linux] what is palo/lifimage for ?

This is wrong. Soory about that.
This page is really oriented towards building
kernels with a X-compiler and then booting them via network.

I'm fixing this page now. I'll set up a link to a "How-to Build
for Net Boot" (which has the old page) and leave that for someone
else to edit.
