[parisc-linux] Free Hardware!

Mine have the small switch too, 
but all it does is change the fixed freq of the required monitor. 
I have an HP Apollo A2287A 1024x768 and the 715/75 was set for a higher
resolution of 1280x1024 via the toggle switch.
