[parisc-linux] New GCC RPMS on the FTP site

The cross-GCC RPMS for parisc have been updated on the FTP site, as they
didn't get packaged properly the first time.
They are:
	/pub/parisc/binaries/SRPMS/gcc-parisc-20000225-2.src.rpm
	/pub/parisc/binaries/RPMS/gcc-parisc-20000225-2.1386.rpm
