[parisc-linux] making a bootable image

From time to time I have had various troubles with cvs updates.  For
example:

P linux/arch/parisc/config.in
P linux/arch/parisc/defconfig
cvs server: Updating linux/arch/parisc/boot
cvs server: Updating linux/arch/parisc/boot/boot_code
cvs [server aborted]: cannot open directory /home/cvs/parisc/linux/arch/parisc/b
oot/boot_code: No such file or directory
