Log message:
	This patch does the following:
	* Removes the hardware path from /proc/interrupts for Dino.
	Makes it consistant with the rest of /proc/interrupts.
	
	* Removes the irq from the dino_device and stores it in the
	pci_dev so it will be visible from sysfs.
	(Thanks to willy for helping me with this.)
