	Return IRQ_NONE when interrupts aren't actually for us
	Get rid of irqbase; we use the legacy irq area
	Make superio_serial_init and superio_fixup_pci static
	Stop checking that a statically allocated array is non-NULL
	Remove external prototypes for superio_inform_irq,
	superio_serial_init and superio_fixup_pci
	Destroy evidence of tampering with IDE internal structures
