Log message:
	version-order now understands aweful combinations of kernel version suffixes
	
	autotag-kernel-tree could be run when Makefile committed, more likely
	it'll still be run from cron for now.
	
	make-kernel-patch now creates all missing patches.  it needs some locking
	and is incompatible with the version currently in use
	
	This stuff shouldn't be deployed without first reviewing the autobuild stuff.
	Scripts to clean up # tags and # files/patches need to be made since they
	are no longer bolted onto these...
