Depends on latex2html, (which itself depends on gs-common anyway).

2 words about that commit:

1) The previous scheme used to leave src/ absolutely untouched, but
heh, i'm not gonna make a fuss of it ;P

2) It'd be really nice to mail me next time a website build-depend is
changed: i wasn't paying much attention to p-l-cvs m-l lately, and
it took me a while to find out that our mirror site was fux0red...

maybe a "webmasters at p-l.o" m-l (or list of aliases) could be useful?
