[parisc-linux-cvs] Patch for SMP on UP systems.

Hello all,

I am posting to both lists for additional comments/testing.  Grant did
all the real work and I just updated the patch to compile against the
latest cvs tree.

I have tested this patch on C200 and J2240 on 32-bit SMP, 32-bit UP, and
64-bit UP. I will probably test 64-SMP a bit later but I wanted to get
this patch committed to the tree before it bit-rotted in my tree.

I did try SMP an the 2-way J2240 but it was __painfully__ slow, so I did
not let it finish booting before I gave up.
