Log message:
update arch/parisc drivers/parisc for missing Copyright/License
This is based on the same patch as what was done for 2.6.
Except I got lazy and didn't attempt to backtrack files that
had moved and the patch didn't apply. So a few files will be
missing and someone else will have to catch them later.
