Current CVS (2.6.8.1-pa1) doesn't build.
I tried to upgrade from 2.6.8-rc2-pa7, so I can't tell since when
it is actually broken.

Either there is some include missing in spinlock.h, or something
else is wrong in spinlock.h.
The error message appears right after you type 'make', so it
is fast/simple to reproduce.

Attached the full log of a 'make-kpkg binary-arch'.
