"PA64" grunt work: convert ldw -> LDREG and ditto for stw.
Looked through code but don't know if SOM (32-bit) vs ELF (64-bit) support
changes are needed. Suspect the ABI will be different depending on which
type of caller is knocking on the kernel's door.
