- Make SCSI & PCI parity permanently on (may need to revisit this?)
- Delete unused parameters: min_sync, max_wide, max_offs, max_lun
- Cast SYM_SNS_BBUF_LEN to size_t (removes compiler warning)
- Delete a lot of default configuration definitions from sym_conf.h
