FWIW, diff of v1.2 -> v1.5 is on
	ftp://ftp.p-l.o/patches/diff-2.4.20-pa30
and

v1.5 is well tested on ia64/ia32 and performs well (920-940Mbps TCP
Stream) with 5701 and 5704 (protos). But have excessive RX error problems
with the proto 5703 card I happened to have installed in my a500. Will test
the same card later this week in an ia32 box and compare results.

BTW, should 2.4.21 get released soon, I expect it to also have tg3 v1.5.
If it does not, just keep tg3.[ch] pair which has highest rev number.
