o REMOVE faq numbers.
o add Martin's RAID1 boot how to the FAQ
o rewrite bits to update them.

If you want to reference something in the FAQ, use the URL.

If lots of people complain, I'll restore the numbers.
Willy already indicated he wants the numbers but I'd like to
restructure the FAQ on occasion (ie put all the boot related stuff
together) and remove irrelevant entries (keep it short).
