Finally get PCMCIA working on the B180

Configuration is still very tricky: you have to identify the dino I/O
windows and feed them correctly in to /etc/pcmcia/config.opts

I've successfully tested a 3com PCMCIA NIC and an Orinoco wavelan
wireless card
