Log message:
Fixed two bugs so the Serial Mux will boot on the E-35:
* pdc_iodc_read returned PDC_IODC_COUNT because the iodc_buffer
was to small.
* The driver had isses with more the 8 ports.  (I was obvoiusly
smoking crack last time I worked on this driver ... simplifed
the code and fixed the problem.).

I have successfully booted this on K460 - 8 port mux and E-35 with a 16-port
mux.
