Log message:
Update dino PCI probing code to:

- Dynamically reassign all the resources (this is necessary to configure
Unconfigured resources)
- Correct the bus count numbers (having the hba_num be the bus number
leads to clashes with cardmode dino and PCI bridges)
- Kill PCI ROM BARS (they waste huge amounts of space in the windows, and
we can't use them, since they usually contain x86 firmware)

Also turn off port probing for PCMCIA (and no, it doesn't work yet...lots
more needs to be done)
