include/asm-parisc/assembly.h: move FRAME_SIZE definition here
arch/parisc/kernel/entry.S: use those symbols, no functionality changes
arch/parisc/kernel/syscall.S: use those symbols, no functionality changes
arch/parisc/kernel/head.S/head64.S: fix for the thread_info transition
include/asm-parisc/thread_info.h: remove some of the unused and wrong masks
