Log message:
Eliminate CONFIG_PARPORT_GSC.  If you said "Y" to CONFIG_GSC and you
also asked for parport, then you get parport_gsc too.  Similar to
CONFIG_SERIAL_GSC elimination.

Also add a note for PA-RISC owners to CONFIG_PARPORT_PC (ie: only enable
it if you're SuckyIO based)
