Added a "Mirrors" section (using the template, but it seems that the aspect is different from the rest of the site),
Added James Braid and ESIEE folks to the contributors section (Xavier Debacker, Matthieu Delahaye, Thomas Marteau, Clement Moyroud, Thibaut Varene)
Noticed and documented a *feature* with static build
(it does not regenerate properly the site when an included file is modified)
Done minor changes on all.sh
