o Added "Other PARISC OSs" - promoted these links from Documentation page
o Removed "Project Information" - move links to "Introduction to Linux"
part of the main web page. Two links (as comments) still need to find
a home.
o Updated Headline to reflect DEBIAN 3.0 release.
Includes links to existing ISOs.
o move 0.9 release link from "User Resources" to "Introduction to Linux".
o removed "ESIEE team" link - they are linked via the icon at
the top of the page.
