Log message:
13 more places fixed w.r.t. thread_info/task_struct split.  Each one
means replacing 1 instr with 3; revisit this to see if we can be more
efficient, maybe a pt_regs ptr in thread_info would help.  Maybe pt_regs
itself should be in thread_info?
