Merging HIL support within Input devices support.
Made CONFIG_HP_SDC dependent on CONFIG_SERIO to keep consistency with i8042 stuff.
Maybe we don't want that anyway...
Merged help on CONFIG_HP_SDC
Backed up help on CONFIG_HIL in arch/parisc/Config.help for later use ?
