Log message:
o index.x now uses derivatives of header-nav and footer-nav.
Makefile generates home-*-nav.html w/o the '../' in the URIs.
o updated header-nav.html to look like what I put in index.x earlier.
o hacked copyright line to be a bit more accurate.
