2.4.17-pa32:
- fixed wrong define in eisa_eeprom.c
- added eth_io_copy_and_sum() and isa_eth_io_copy_and_sum() dummies
- get shared memory 8390 based NICs working on big endian machines
(tested with a EISA smc-ultra32)
- minor fix for tulip/interruts.c (shouldn't make a difference)
