This patch eliminates all PARISC specific changes to drivers/pci/
and aligns drivers/pci/ with code in 2.5.26.

I've been using this patch on two a500s since April, 2002.
Not recently tested on C3000 or any Dino based machines.
A followup patch is probably needed to make Dino based machines work.
