Kernel version is now: 2.4.18-pa20

WARNING:

In this version I've re-enabled the freeing of bootmem which could in the
worst case damage your system data.

So, please don't use this kernel on production systems and cry to me (or the
list) in case you get strange kernel messages/hangs at bootup :-)

other changes:
- /proc/sys/kernel/power support for soft power switch
- try to prevent system hangs during heavy net/disk activity (lasi700 scsi driver)
- some other small fixes/tweaks I forgot.
