-pa54:
* Fix device ID comment which has been broken since it was first
committed in September 1999 :-)
* Claim the memory region which Dino has been programmed to forward
to the PCI bus.  It currently claims `PCI %d' instead of filling
in %d.  This will be fixed at a later date.  Thanks to Ryan for
testing this code.
