Fix a bug shown by menuconfig where CONFIG_IOMMU_SBA would stay turned
on when CONFIG_PCI had been disabled.  Rename 'GSC bus support' to
'VSC/GSC/HSC bus support'.  Depend EISA support on $CONFIG_GSC, since
it's required.
