committing a first version of stifb,
- currently only artist-cards (715/64, 715/80, some 712 ??) will work,
- unsupported cards will be ignored and will instead fall back to sticon (if enabled in .config!)
- some more cards will be supported by the next commits (see top of stifb.c)
