[parisc-linux-cvs] ntpdate starts to work

sys_rt_sigqueueinfo() probably needs a wrapper but it's not clear, so
I enabled it without a wrapper and will now track down another problem
I'm seeing with ntpdate.
adjtimex() wrapper added
