Log message:
Change INLINE_SYSCALL to be in sync with other architectures in that it
now returns a signed type.  Thanks to Matt Taggart for testing this.

We might be able to remove some of our specific workarounds for our
previous unsigned return type, but that's something which can wait for
a few months.
