I suspect defering invocation of cpu_driver_callback() for PAT PDC is what
is causing problems. Or it's the discovery of memory modules.
IIRC, 64-bit kernel uses FP for printk output.
I thought FP coprocessor initialization was getting deferred but it's not.

I keep forgetting C200 and similar machines need PDC wrappers
to support 32-bit PDC calls.
