Ok.  I think you want to keep the "register_fallback_cpu()" call *after*
the do_inventory() call. IIRC, boot_cpu_data.cpu_count gets incremented
when register_driver(cpu_drivers_for) claims CPU's found by do_inventory().

BTW, I thought the understanding was to post diffs directly to
parisc-linux-cvs and not in the commit msg?
