I was a bit too brief on this commit msg:

Thanks to jsm for observing none of the other asm-*/smp.h included
asm/current.h nor linux/sched.h. Note that all the files touched are
parisc specific. We just hadn't "trained" our code to build with
CONFIG_SMP.
