Hello parisc-linux hackers,

I am committing a joint patch between Matthew Wilcox and myself to
enable card-mode dino. =20

I clearly marked and decided to leave in a card-mode dino hack I am
playing with to address the issue with ccio not allocating enough
MMIO space for the card mode dino.  This hack will probably only work
on my K-Class (due to the address hard coding), but I am looking for any
feedback on a better way to handle this issue.  [NOTE: workstations do
not appear to have this problem, since ccio covers the entire MMIO
range.]

I would be really interested in feedback from you with this patch on the
B-class machine.  I believe I covered the case where you have card-mode
dino, but not ccio.
