Log message:
Change for 53c710 to disable 'selection timeout disable' when not
trying to select something.  This also disables the byte-to-byte
timer which could trigger if the bus goes quiet for 250ms mid-
transfer.  Also fixes a caching problem where I was accessing
targdata->ba after flushing targdata.
