Log message:
1) RTLD_START doesn't need clobbers, as it's not inlined into any
functions (and for some reason GCC barfs on them anyway).

2) Fix TRAMPOLINE_TEMPLATE some more.

3) Restore the old dynamic PLABEL behaviour, partially.  It's not
quite what Alan asked for.  I think it's correct though - see the
message to parisc-linux.
