Log message:
Fixed more stuff in the sba_map_sg/unmap_sg() routines but the
box still HPMC's during "find / -xdev | cpio -pdum /mnt" operation.
Kept the KISS routine in place until this is resolved.
I suspect something is wrong with alloc/free of resource bits
though...unless DMA hint registers need to be set to something
safer.
