Attempt to fix mis-identification of C200+ cpu as PCX-U.
Restructured hp_cpu_type_mask_list[] so it's ordered by "range"
and all entries are now in hex (to manually compare model to hversion).
Changed entry 0x059c-0x059d from pcxu to pcxu_.
(C200+ v6.1 reports hversion 0x59d0)
